Tottenham confirmed team vs Rangers - Solanke and Kulusevski on bench, Werner and Maddison start
Ange Postecoglou has made five changes to his Tottenham Hotspur side to take on Rangers at Ibrox on Thursday night in the Europa League.
Spurs' European campaign has so far brought three straight wins followed by a defeat at Galatasaray and draw at home against Roma. Postecoglou's men currently lie ninth in the Europa League table with the top eight after this eight-game stage automatically qualifying for the knockout stage while those from ninth down to 24th must play another two-legged play-off round early next year.
Postecoglou has lost Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven again, re-joining an absence list that includes Guglielmo Vicario, Richarlison, Wilson Odobert, Ben Davies and Mikey Moore.

Yves Bissouma is suspended from Spurs' next Premier League match at Southampton on Sunday after collecting his fifth yellow card against Chelsea, so keeps his place against Rangers with that in mind, while Rodrigo Bentancur's domestic ban does not extend to Europa League games so the Uruguayan can come back into contention. James Maddison returns to the starting line-up after being on the bench against Chelsea.
It's Dominic Solanke, Pape Matar Sarr and Dejan Kulusevski turns to get a rest for this game with Son Heung-min playing through the centre of the attack. Brennan Johnson has recovered from his illness and is on the right with Timo Werner coming in on the left.
Here's the Tottenham team Postecoglou has selected to face Rangers on Thursday night at Ibrox.
Forster; Porro, Dragusin, Gray, Udogie; Bentancur, Bissouma, Maddison; Johnson, Son, Werner. Subs: Austin, Whiteman, Dorrington, Hardy, Bergvall, Olusesi, Sarr, Kulusevski, Solanke, Williams-Barnett, Lankshear.
