Town’s firefighters in parking plea as fire engine struggles to drive down street
MOTORISTS are being urged to be considerate when parking, as this can cause a major problem for emergency services.

Drivers are urged to think about where they park and consider whether a fire engine or ambulance could get past if needed.
The team from Birchwood Fire Station said: “Please, please, please check your parking.
“Is there enough room for our fire engine to get through?
“We urge all motorists to consider whether there is enough room for a fire engine to fit through, as this can delay our response to emergency incidents.”
