Five days later than billed, the top two teams in Tyrone go head-to-head for the O’Neill Cup.

This year’s decider is a repeat of last year’s final when Trillick edged out the-then champions Errigal Ciaran after extra-time.

That win denied Errigal the elusive back-to-back and they’ll be out to stop Trillick from claiming the same this time around.

Storm Ashley forced the postponement of the Tyrone SFC final last Sunday and the teams are set to do battle at O’Neills Healy Park later tonight.

The extra five days might aid Darragh Canavan in his bid to play a part in the county final and all eyes will be on the Tyrone ace in the warm-up in Omagh.

The winners of the Tyrone final will be out again next Saturday night against Donegal champions St Eunan’s in the Ulster Club Championship.

However, tonight’s game will not go to extra-time and penalties. Instead, the teams will return to Omagh on Monday in the event of a draw with extra-time and penalties only being used in the event of the replay finishing all-square.
