Tuesday's Market Movers from Oddschecker

In Southwell’s opener there has been strong support for INFLEXIBALL. John Mackie’s mare has yet to race on today’s surface but found only the progressive Smiley Bagel too good at Wolverhampton on her seasonal return two weeks ago and should be thereabouts at the finish if handling the conditions. Punters certainly seem to think so, backing the 5yo into favouritism and as short as 11/4 in places from 11/2 last night (best price 3/1).

Over at Kempton MANGO CAP is the horse everyone wants to be on in the 15.05. A winner of one of his 11 career starts to date, the 6yo was last seen finishing fourth of eight over 3m (good) last month. He steps back in trip today on his first run for a new stable having previously been with David Pipe. The market suggests the change of scenery and trip will have the desired effect with the 10/1 on offer last night now just 4/1 in places (best price 5/1).

At Fairyhouse money has come for HEANEY at big prices in the 17.50. A winner of three hurdle races and two chases, the 10yo’s last win was over three years ago. However, man-of-the-moment Jamie Codd takes over today fresh from a three-timer at Cork yesterday and the market signals point towards a big run from the Brian Hamilton-trained gelding. As big as 14/1 on first show, he’s now only 9/2 with some bookies (best price 7/1).

Another one backed at big prices this morning is GALLERY EXHIBITION in the 16.15 at Kempton. Kim Bailey’s 10yo is a winner of four races from 23 starts but was last seen beaten over 66l when sixth of 7 at Ludlow over 3m (soft) last month. Despite his less than impressive form figures, punters have still backed him in from 16/1 to 5/1 in places (best price 6/1).
