Picking up from where it left off the day before, Premier League football was back, and with it some superb action on Sunday.
Only three matches were played, but they left us with quite a bit to talk about.
Manchester United are now up to fifth place in the standings, after what seemed like an eternity in sixth spot, having beaten Middlesbrough 3-1, while Spurs took a 2-1 win over Southampton to move to within 10 points of leaders Chelsea and nine points above perennial rivals Arsenal.
The biggest match of the day, though was perhaps the most entertaining, with Manchester City and Liverpool drawing 1-1, leaving the Blues the biggest winners albeit having played on Saturday.
Below are some of the best tweets from the day's events:

If Spurs don't finish above Arsenal this year they may as well give up.

I'll only believe we'll finish above Arsenal when we're in the 38th game & we're at least four points above them. Tottenham have damaged me.

Adam Lallana just congratulated me on my penalty. I said Thanks Adam but enough about me. How did you miss that chance? He just walked off.
