WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte, who has apologised for an "exaggerated" story about being robbed at gunpoint at the Rio Games, will be summoned to testify before Brazil's Justice Department, Fox News reported on Thursday.
