UFC 204 Bout Cancelled at Early Weigh-in
A UFC 204 bantamweight bout has been removed from the fight card at the last minute.
The fight between Ian Entwistle and Rob Font, which was slated for the Fox Sports 1 prelims, had to be cancelled due to illness. UFC officials announced the cancellation at the early weigh-in, noting the Entwistle had fallen ill. Details of his illness were not revealed.
Entwistle had been hoping to rebound from a loss to Alejandro Perez in Croatia earlier this year. Font was coming off of a loss to John Lineker, who put a halt to his 11-figth winning streak.
Font, however, will be paid his show money for the fight.

With the Entwistle vs. Font bout cancelled, UFC officials moved the Lukasz Sajewski vs. Marc Diakiese lightweight bout from the Fight Pass Early Prelims to the Fox Sports 1 Prelims.
