UFC Fight Night 62 Weigh-in Results: Demian Maia vs. Ryan LaFlare Green Lit
The Ultimate Fighting Championship is back in Brazil for UFC Fight Night 62: Maia vs. LaFlare. But before anything was official for Saturday's event at the Maracanazinho Gymnasium in Rio de Janeiro, the fighters on the card had to step on the scale.
The main event pits grizzled veteran Demian Maia, a Brazilian fighting on his home turf, against undefeated American upstart Ryan LaFlare. the winner takes a significant step up the welterweight ladder.
The co-main event features The Ultimate Fighter season one alum Josh Koscheck in a fight for his career survival, when he steps into hostile territory against Erick Silva, a Brazilian fighter trying to build momentum in the 170-pound division.

Also on the main card is a pivotal women's bantamweight bout between Top 10 fighter Amanda Nunes and Ronda Rousey teammate Shayna Baszler.
