The Ultimate Fighting Championship announced the attendance numbers from Saturday's UFC Fight Night 79: Henderson vs. Masvidal in Seoul, South Korea, during the event's post-fight press conference.
The promotion's first trip to South Korea took place in front of a near-capacity crown at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena. 12,156 spectators filled the venue in the nation's capital to witness the night of fights.

Former lightweight champion Benson Henderson narrowly defeated Jorge Masvidal by split decision in the fight card's welterweight main event. South Korean and seventh-ranked welterweight Dong Hyun Kim dominated late replacement Dominic Waters in the co-main event and called for a rematch against sixth ranked Demian Maia following the fight.
Alberto Mina upset Japan's Yoshihiro Akiyama by split decision in further welterweight action, while Korea's Doo Ho Choi scored his seventh consecutive knockout finish by defeating Sam Sicilia in the main card's featherweight opener.
The fight card featured five split decisions, five knockouts, and one unanimous decision.
