UFC Fighter Zubaira Tukhugov Pulled from Albany Fight Card

Officials have removed Zubaira Tukhugov from the upcoming UFC Fight Night 102 fight card slated for Dec. 9 in Albany, N.Y.

The promotion was informed on Monday that Tukhugov had been flagged for not one, but two potential anti-doping violations by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency. The out-of-competition drug test results stem from samples collected on Sept. 7 and Oct. 29. The specific nature of the potential violations was not identified.

Tukhugov had been expected to meet Tiago Trator in Albany.

“The UFC organization was notified today that the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has informed Zubaira Tukhugov of a potential Anti-Doping violation stemming from out-of-competition sample collections made on September 7, 2016 and October 29, 2016,” read a UFC release.
