Manchester United will return to Hannover for the first time since 1965 to play the final match of their pre-season tour.
Their match against Hannover will take place on August 11 at the AWD Arena, and will be played for the Chevrolet Cup.
"All matches for our pre-season tour are now finalised and I am delighted we will be ending the tour with a match against Hannover 96," said chief executive David Gill.
"Germany is a great footballing nation and we are looking forward to playing in front of our many fans in that region."
United play AmaZulu FC, Ajax Cape Town, Shanghai Shenhua, Valerenga and Barcelona before in warm-up matches before their trip to Germany the week prior to their Barclays Premier League campaign starting at Everton on August 18.
