US Open 2022: Full singles schedule for British players on Day 4 as Cameron Norrie features

Cameron Norrie continues his US Open campaign on Thursday as he faces Joao Sousa in the second round.

The British number one and seventh seed cruised past Benoit Paire in his opening match, the Frenchman’s levels of engagement questionable at times, but Norrie is set for more of a test against Sousa.

Dan Evans faces Australian James Duckworth, who was beaten by Andy Murray at Wimbledon earlier this summer, as he looks to add to the contingent of British men throught to the third round in New York.

Jack Draper has the chance to do that overnight, though takes to the court against Felix Auger Aliassime as the underdog.

Murray has already booked his place, after coming from behind to beat the power of Emilio Nava with another really impressive display.

He faces a massive challenge next though, against Italian Matteo Matteo Berrettini, in a match that will give a clear indication of exactly where Murray’s game is.

Harriet Dart’s US Open came to an end in disappointing fashion, as she was unable to back up her opening win over Daria Kasatkina.
