Vaclav Cerny tells Rangers boo boys something they 'don't realise' as he pleads for support
Vaclav Cerny has begged Rangers fans to rally behind the team and ditch the boos.
The Czech Republic winger has felt the wrath of frustrated punters in recent weeks and snapped back at the home crowd in last week's win over Hibs at Ibrox. Cerny, 25, recently deactivated his social media account as a result of the abuse he suffered following his horror miss in the 4-1 defeat to Lyon.
But the on-loan VfL Wolfsburg attacker silenced his critics on Sunday by netting a brace to fire Gers to victory against St Johnstone. Philippe Clement's side now have a two-week hiatus before facing a tricky trip to Kilmarnock after the international break and Cerny hopes to wipe the slate clean.

He said: "The supporters have all the rights, but from my point of view, it should be to support. I feel I speak for everyone when I say we all want to give our best every single time. Sometimes I don't think they realise that.
"It's been tough for someone like me, who is always willing to give my all - and sometimes I show it too much. I made a bad reaction, but it was because I want to help the team as much as I can.
"That's just me, I want to do the best I can every time. Once you guys get to know me a bit better, you will see that. I always demand the best from me and two chances I've missed were big ones, I know that, but it's in the past."
