Arsenal fans became the laughing stock of the Premier League on Sunday afternoon after sections of their support descended into infighting over the much-publicised campaign to oust manager Arsene Wenger.
Large swathes of the Gunners support have been particularly vociferous in their criticism of the Frenchman, accentuated by the North London club's struggle to mount a successful bid for silverware, as well as in recent seasons.
In footage posted on social media from inside the Emirates during Sunday's 2-2 draw with Manchester City, a group of men were recorded grappling with one another, drawing punches, with one even falling over on his seat in the ensuing melee.
The fighting is reported to have occurred over disputes on manager Arsene Wenger's reign, with his contract set to expire at the end of the current campaign.
The fighting was eventually broken up and the perpetrators were promptly ejected from the stadium.
