VIDEO: Former Liverpool Defender Shows Jurgen Klopp What He's Missing With This Incredible Solo Goal

Former Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel scored one of the goals of the season for Fenerbahce on Friday evening.

The 32-year-old, who left Liverpool on unsavoury terms after falling out with Jurgen Klopp, picked up the ball inside his own half, beating four defenders with pace before smashing a 30-yard strike low and hard past Konyaspor's goalkeeper.

Despite the fact that his goal equalised the scores at 1-1, Fenerbahce went on to lose the game 3-2 as the visitors scored either side of half-time.

The result leaves Fenerbahce in a sorry position in terms of the title-race, as they are now 10 points behind league-leaders Besiktas, who have a game in hand.

Skrtel has made 17 appearances for the Turkish side following his £5m switch from Liverpool last summer, but his nine-year spell at Anfield was tarnished by sour relations with German manager Jurgen Klpopp.

Upon leaving the club Skrtel took to Instagram to criticise Klopp,
calling him a di**head before writing that he hopes Klopp sees the negative comments.
