Former Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard seems to be terrified of the fact that Antoine Griezmann could join Manchester United in the summer.
The Atletico Madrid forward has long been linked with jose Mourinho's side, and it is expected that they will make an offer for him at the end of the season.
It would take a hefty sum to pry the Frenchman away from Atletico, but United have shown that they aren't averse to splashing the cash on a player they really want.
Gerrard, operating as a pundit for BT Sports ahead of Atletico's Champions League semi-final clash with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Tuesday night - along with ex-Red Devil Rio Ferdinand - was full of praise for Griezmann, but he made sure to let everyone know that he isn't in favour of the attacker moving to Old Trafford.
Ferdidnand was asked where he would try to move Griezmann to this summer if he was his agent, and his reply was: "Well, what's best suited to him?"
Gerrard, though, cut across him and exclaimed: " Get him as far away from Manchester as you can find!"
"Old Trafford looks like the perfect destination!" Rio shot back.
It was all good-natured of course, and the trio had a good laugh. But you can be sure that Gerrard would seriously hate to see Griezmann wearing United red.
