By now, most FIFA 17 enthusiasts know about Hull City midfielder David Meyler's FUT streaming activities.
The 27-year-old Irishman is quite good at FIFA and has been serving up defeats to top gamers from all over this season, using mostly a squad comprised of Hull players.
Meyler is apparently the only footballer uploading videos both to YouTube and on Twitch. According to Twitch, he streams on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday every week.
This week, FIFA released several green FUT cards to celebrate St Patrick's Day, offering the 'Pot of Gold' squad builder challenge that allows users to open rare cards.
Meyler's card was one of them, and the player somehow managed to open his own card, to his utter amazement and delight.
Check out the moment in the video below:
Meyler posts a lot of FIFA content on his channels. The 'About Me' section on his Twitch stream reads:
"I've always been a big gamer, every since my firstPlayStationn. As many of you aware I am a professional footballer for Hull City. I'm also a full international with the Republic of Ireland.
"My main reason for streaming is to raise money for charity, so all donations are grateful and will not go unnoticed. Thank you for watching and hopefully it will be enjoyable to watch."
