The signing of Claudio Bravo was supposed to be a key part in the revolution Pep Guardiola planned to bring to Manchester City.
He made a howler in his first City match, spilling a cross and allowing Zlatan Ibrahimovic to score in the Manchester derby back in September, and things have not got any better for the Chile international over the course of the year.
He has shared City's goalkeeper spot with Willy Caballero throughout the current campaign, despite being billed as one of the best goalkeepers upon arrival in Manchester, and he probably should have known better on Saturday than to upload a video onto Instagram of his son pulling off an incredible save.
While the stop is brilliant from Mateo, Claudio's son, the post invited social media users to mock Bravo for his frequently inept performances this season.
User 'wongyan812' wrote " your son is better than u haha", while ' ethan.sergenson.05' said, " It's funny because you son has now statistically made more saves than you have in the last few matchdays."
Bravo is yet to have a performance in a City shirt which has convinced fans of his pedigree, but he will be hopeful of making a difference towards the business end of the season as Guardiola's side look to secure a top four spot in the Premier League.
