John Terry is heading towards the exits at Chelsea, but he continues to give his all to the collective cause.
The long-serving defender has always been a man to give 100 per cent in everything that he does.
On the field, that has made him one of the most decorated performers in the Premier League era and a man with 78 England caps to his name.
Away from the pitch, a whole-hearted commitment to continuous improvement means that the same amount of effort is put into training as competitive fixtures.
Victor Moses has found out to his cost that Terry is not a man to do things by half, with a blow to the head from a throw leaving him rolling around on the turf.

Terry played no part in Chelsea’s FA Cup semi-final victory over Tottenham on Saturday, but Moses was involved throughout at Wembley.
Both men will be hoping to see more minutes before the season comes to a close, with Terry preparing to bid farewell to Stamford Bridge after 22 years.
He will not be extending a contract that is due to expire in the summer, meaning that he will be opening a new chapter in his distinguished career during the 2017-18 campaign.
