Vladimir Weiss still loves Rangers as dad dreams of another historic win against Celtic
Slovan Bratislava boss Vladimir Weiss admits his son would love nothing more than to stun Celtic in Glasgow tonight.
Vladimir Jr spent a year on loan at Rangers in 2010/11 and helped Walter Smith's side to a memorable league and League Cup double. Just a kid at the time, the ex-Man City youngster is now a Slovakian veteran and at the age of 34, is set to line up for the famous Champions League anthem at Parkhead.
His dad and club manager admits the pair still talk about his unforgettable season at Ibrox as he said: "All our lives we've been talking about Celtic and Rangers. My son played for Rangers, he's still a fan of the club and will face Celtic. When he was here at Rangers, they won two trophies, so he has the best memories. And the derby with Celtic is the best there is, it's the top."

Weiss Sr has history with Celts too as he was in charge of Artmedia Bratislava the night Gordon Strachan's men crashed to a humiliating 5-0 Champions League qualifying defeat in 2005.
He added: "I have some lovely memories of 2005. No one will take them away from me but it was a long time ago. Today's Celtic play with a different style to the team of 19 years ago.
"When I joined Slovan, I took it upon myself as a responsibility to prove we could get to the main stage of the Champions League. I'm happy we have done that so quickly."
