Republic of Ireland defender David Meyler did not let a little thing like the ref getting in his way prevent him doing his job.
Instead, looking to preserve his side's 1-0 against world champions Germany, Meyler simply shoved the referee to one side.
Spanish referee Carlos Carballo felt the full force of the Hull City player as he strayed into his path, but had the good grace to wave play on and not brandish a card the same colour as his shirt.
