Celtic will learn their Champions League opponents this evening as the draw takes place at 5pm in Monaco.

The Scottish champions of last season are in pot three for the coming draw, which you can view live in our above player, as they get set to take on the top tier of European competition this term. Brendan Rodgers knows there are no easy fixtures when it comes to the UCL but with the signings he hopes to make between today and tomorrow, he'll be desperate to be better equipped than previous campaigns.

To secure qualification to the next round they'll have to place in the top 24 with teams one to eight finishing directly in the last 16 while the remaining sides will battle it out in a playoff to make the knockouts.

A number of massive clubs from around Europe will be available for Celts to play and they'll take on four clubs at home and another four away from home in the newly revamped 'League Phase' of the competition to change from the groups of yesteryear.
