Liverpool-born boxer and two-weight world champion Natasha Jonas is set to meet Ivana Habazin at the Exhibition Centre on Saturday in a huge unification fight. It will be the first time Jonas has taken the ring since she beat Mikaela Mayer after 10 rounds of boxing at the M&S Bank Arena in January of this year.

The 40-year-old is a local hero and is the IBF welterweight world champion, while she also boasts an unbeaten record of six fights since 2021, which includes victories over Kandi Wyatt, Patricia Berghult and Chris Namus. Habazin, on the other hand, is a 35-year-old Croatian professional boxer, and she won the vacant WBC welterweight title with a win over Kinga Mayer back in April.

Habazin won her last fight on home soil in Croatia and against a lesser opponent, so she will need to produce an upset in order to overcome Jonas this weekend. Also on Saturday night, Lauren Price and Bexcy Mateus will contest their own respective bout. Price will make the first defence of her WBA welterweight, which she won in May this year.

It is worth noting that if Jonas and Price are both to emerge victorious from their respective fights, they could be on course to battle it out in an all-British unification clash next year. And below is all the TV details you need to know.

What time does the Natasha Jonas v Ivana Habazin fight start in the UK?

Coverage of the anticipated clash is scheduled to start at 7pm GMT on Saturday, December 14, with the main event likely to get underway at 10pm.

Beforehand, fans can enjoy Ireland's undefeated Stephen McKenna going head to head with English champion Lee Cutler in a super-welterweight bout. Viddal Riley will also return to the ring for the first time since March to take on Belgian Steve Ntere, with that fight expected to start at 7:20pm. Further down the card is Mark Jeffers’ bout with Elvis Ahorgah.

Price could emerge for her ringwalk as early as 7:45pm, depending on the other fights on the card. She is not expected any later than 8:45pm, which makes 10pm the likely time for Jonas' fight.
