Watch: Novak Djokovic struggles on the court as he attempts wheelchair tennis

Novak Djokovic tried playing wheelchair tennis at a charity event in Melbourne, Australia on Wednesday, playing against two-time paralympic gold medallist Dylan Alcott.

The Serbian player had no trouble playing against Alcott while standing, however the tables turned after he strapped himself into a wheelchair.

Alcott whizzed around the court with ease, while Djokovic only managed to move a few inches.

The match highlighted just how difficult wheelchair tennis can be and how much skill is required to do it.

After the match Alcott posted a photograph of the pair and in the caption said: “big love to the man himself Novak Djokovic for being such an incredibly good sport throughout the whole night, needs to work on his leg spin and wheelchair tennis though!”

The match was part of an exhibition to raise funds for the Novak Djokovic Foundation to help children in Serbia get access to good preschool education.
