Rangers can't afford to suffer a European hangover after their bruising defeat at home to Lyon.

Gers were swept aside by the lethal French outfit on Thursday night as Lyon romped to a 4-1 Europa League win at Ibrox. On paper, they couldn't have asked for a better game to bounce back with the visit of rock bottom St Johnstone - who shipped six goals to Celtic last weekend.

However, Gers fans will be wary of the 'new manager bounce' after Saints finally appointed Simo Valakari as Craig Levein's successor. The Perth outfit will set up to frustrate Philippe Clement's side but it's a game the Light Blues will be expected to win convincingly. Here, Football Scotland tells you everything you need to know.
