Liverpool continue their Carabao Cup defence when they travel to Tottenham in the first leg of their semi-final clash. The Reds dropped points at home to rivals Manchester United last time out but will still take some comfort in being six points clear of second-placed Arsenal with a game in hand.

The League Cup will be Arne Slot's first opportunity to win a trophy at Anfield amid a hugely successful first season on Merseyside so far. Liverpool have suffered just one defeat all season with September's 1-0 loss to Nottingham Forest the only blemish on their record.

And the Reds will be confident they can continue their fine run when they travel to struggling Tottenham under Ange Postecoglou. Spurs have failed to win a match since beating Manchester United in the quarter-finals on December 19.
