Aaron Cresswell is back for West Ham as David Moyes’ side face bottom club Norwich at London Stadium.

The left-back has been out since injuring himself after colliding into the post against Man City, but his return is a very welcome one for West Ham

Vladimir Coufal starts at right-back, while Nikola Vlasic earns a start with Said Benrahma away on Africa Cup of Nations duty.

The Hammers face Dean Smith's side in their rearranged fixture after it was postponed due to coronavirus cases and injuries in the Canaries camp in December.

Moyes has aired his frustration at the match being moved but takes his side into the game in a better run of form than they were managing last month.

After December threatened to derail their top-four push, West Ham can now move back into the Champions League places with a draw on Wednesday.

"We have had a few weeks where we are a bit up and down but there is a sense we are coming back into form and scoring goals again," said Moyes, whose side have beaten Watford, Crystal Palace and Leeds in their last three games across all competitions.

"We are looking more lively, so I am hoping we are coming back into form. We are looking forward to getting some players back from injury in the coming weeks and months ahead so that will help as well.

"I was really pleased with the two wins and the cup win against Leeds as that is like three Premier League wins really in a row. Our next game is Norwich which is another challenge in itself and we will treat it in the same way we have treated the other ones."

West Ham XI: Fabianski; Coufal, Dawson, Diop, Cresswell; Rice, Fornals; Bowen, Lanzini, Vlasic; Antonio

Subs: Areola, Alese, Masuaku, Johnson, Ashby, Kral, Ekwah, Okoflex, Yarmolenko
