What Is ICE?

Just hours before President Trump’s first speech to Congress, he turned some heads when he told reporters that “the time is right for an immigration bill as long as there is compromise on both sides.” While there was no mention of that specific policy change in his speech, he did mention reform. But for the most part, his speech contained more of the same on his push to ramp up immigration enforcement and border security. That effort will need the help of one agency in particular, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
