DAMION DANIEL HEAVEN, aged 42 and of HMP Winchester, convicted of using a Peugeot motor car in Gordon Road, Bournemouth, on April 5, 2022, without insurance. Fined £180. To pay £34 surcharge. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Also convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, namely a Peugeot motor car, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Dorset after July 27, 2022. TANJA RUSCH, aged 44 and of Durley Chine Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of stealing two cans of gin and a packet of rice crackers belonging to Asda in Culliford Crescent, Poole, on August 10, 2022. Discharged conditionally for two years. Also found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him at Asda in Culliford Crescent, Poole, on August 10, 2022. Discharged conditionally for two years. NORTH DORSET

SEAN ALAN DODGE, aged 34 and of Damory Court, Blandford Forum, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Blandford Forum on October 9, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must abstain from consuming alcohol for 80 days, be under curfew for two days, take part in an accredited programme for 29 days and take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also admits damaging a police van and police cell belonging to Dorset Police on October 9, 2022. No separate penalty. Also admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, thereby, and the offence was racially aggravated in Blandford Forum on October 9, 2022. Fined £180. To pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

JAY GREEN, aged 19 and of Apsley Crescent, Poole, admits having a quantity of cannabis in Hamworthy on May 8. Fined £93. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. To pay £85 costs and £37 surcharge.

OLIVER MOLE, aged 31 and of Batchelor Way, Downton, admits having 7.1 grams of cocaine in Yarrow Road, Poole, on March 22. Fined £120. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed. To pay £85 costs and £26 surcharge. Also admits having two small cubes of cannabis resin in Yarrow Road, Poole, on March 22. Fined £40. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Yarrow Road, Poole, on March 22 without insurance. Driving record endorsed with eight points. No separate penalty. SAMUEL LEE BARNEY, aged 35 and of Slepe Crescent, Poole, admits driving a Vauxhall Corsa in High Street North, Poole, on January 20 with 119 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Fined £180. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of six months imposed on November 10, 2022, for an offence of theft from shop. No action taken on breach. To pay £85 costs and £72 surcharge.
