Rotherham have cancelled the contract of defender Laurence Wilson by mutual consent.
Wilson, who joined the Millers from Morecambe in the summer, has made seven appearances in all competitions this season.
But the last of those came against Port Vale in September and the 26-year-old is now free to find a new club.
Chief operating officer Paul Douglas told the club's official website: "We are disappointed that things didn't work out here for Laurence, but we would like to wish him well for the future."
