Centre Court is due to host just the one men’s semi-final later today after Rafael Nadal pulled out of Wimbledon.

Nick Kyrgios has been handed a walkover into Sunday’s final with the abdominal injury suffered by Nadal too damaging for him to face the Australian.

It means fans will only have Novak Djokovic versus Cameron Norrie to enjoy from that side of the competition - although that could turn into just the latest classic of the 2022 Championships.

Wimbledon 2022 | Cameron Norrie

The British No1 has never reached the last four of a Grand Slam having downed David Goffin in five gruelling sets in the quarters. Likewise, Djokovic was pushed all the way by Jannik Sinner as he looks to press home his advantage as tournament favourite.

Two women’s doubles semi-finals will take place on Centre Court either side of Djokovic versus Norrie.
