You won't have it easy despite Ronaldo signing, Jose warns Juventus
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has warned Juventus their sensational capture of Cristiano Ronaldo will only inspire their Serie A rivals.
Juventus signed Portuguese superstar Ronaldo from Real earlier this month for £100million, and will hope it helps them to domestic and European glory.
But Mourinho, who was at one stage linked with bringing Ronaldo back to Old Trafford, believes it will only inspire Juve’s rivals to up their game.

‘Fantastic for Italian football,’ he said. ‘The Bianconeri will dominate for years and now it will be even easier with a player of his qualities.
‘But I think it can be extra motivation for rivals. Maybe this supremacy of Juventus can give AC Milan, AS Roma, Inter Milan and Napoli a boost in the title (race).’
Ronaldo spent six seasons at Manchester United, helping them to three Premier League titles in a row, and being the star man in perhaps the best team in club history, which won the 2008 European Cup.

Ronaldo also helped Portugal to their first international tournament victory, at Euro 2016, and along with Barcelona’s Lionel Messi, is considered one of the finest players of all time.
