WR Latimer, three others sign with Giants

Wide receiver Cody Latimer signed with the New York Giants on Monday, the team announced.

New York also re-signed defensive end Kerry Wynn, and added cornerback B.W. Webb and defensive end Josh Mauro.

Latimer, who turns 26 in August, was drafted in the second round by the Denver Broncos in 2014.

In 45 career games with the Broncos, including three starts, he had 35 catches for 445 yards and three scores.

He also contributed on kickoff returns the past two seasons, averaging 23.8 yards on eight returns in 2017 and 25.0 yards on eight returns in 2016.

Wynn has played in 49 regular-season games (10 starts) for the Giants. He has 91 tackles, three sacks and three fumble recoveries. Last season, Wynn had 14 tackles and one sack in 15 games.

He originally joined the team in 2014 as a rookie free agent from Richmond.

Webb has played in 49 games with four different teams -- the Dallas Cowboys (2013), Pittsburgh Steelers (2014), Tennessee Titans (2015) and New Orleans Saints (2016). He has two career interceptions.

Webb was active for one regular-season game with the Cleveland Browns in 2017 but didn't play.

Mauro spent the past four seasons with the Arizona Cardinals and had 92 tackles, two sacks and two forced fumbles in 47 games (26 starts). He had 22 tackles and one sack in 13 games in 2017.
