Wiener takes all: Football club rolls out hotdog kit

Look who’s porking! A football team are making a lot of noise by doing their best to make sure they’re not rolled over next season – by revealing a new hot-dog kit.

Sure, the brilliant design has sty-le over substance, but they’ll certainly hope to not be playing ketchup come August’s big kick off.

North Riding County League champions AFC Bedale are sponsored by Heck Foods – and they relished the chance to get involved.

You can’t have a hotdog without a swirl of sauce and a giant dollop of mustard and the designers haven’t let anyone down.

Their new wares have so far received a mixed reaction online after showing it off on their twitter account.

Some fashion experts want the kit wiped from the face football history – while another want to buy it and have asked the club to name their price!

But it doesn’t stop there. Bedale have announce a new club motto: “You’ll Never Pork Alone” is printed across the back of the neck!

But if you think this madness is a one-off, then think again. They have history – especially when it comes to pork products.

In 2016, their away kit was covered entirely in sausages after the Yorkshire outfit signed a deal with a local company.

But this new one is very special indeed and the Step 6 club think it could carry them on to great things in 2018-19.

Personally, we think it’s a banger!
