Take a look at our Lucky 15 selections (four singles, six doubles, four trebles and a four-fold) for the British and Irish meetings on Monday, June 13, 2016…

LUCKY 15 SELECTIONS

PRYING PANDORA (Thirsk 4.45) has been placed in all five previous races but keeps hitting the bar rather than the back of the net. She signed off last term with a very good length second to stablemate Garcia, who is unbeaten in two decent handicaps this season, so that York 7f form stands up to scrutiny. Upped in trip for her seasonal return at Carlisle, she took a keen hold, jumped a path and then was carried left, so things did not go according to plan. She is worth another chance in the 1m fillies’ maiden.

ATALAN (Nottingham 9.10) won a 1m6f handicap off a mark of 67 here 22 days ago on his seasonal debut, beating a subsequent winner in Hurry Home Poppa to gain a first win on turf for trainer Hughie Morrison. He was gelded over the winter and it appears to have made a big difference, as he appeared more tractable. Any ease in the ground will not unduly be a problem and the biggest danger may come from the well-handicapped Minstrels Gallery.

SEPTEMBER STARS (Windsor 8.20) has yet to get off the mark in three starts for Ralph Beckett but she is held in high regard. She held an entry in the Oaks, despite being beaten at odds-on in a maiden over 10f at Nottingham in April, having shown plenty of promise on her debut when third in a Doncaster fillies’ maiden last October when with Brian Meehan. The selection was well beaten last time in the Listed Height of Fashion Stakes at Goodwood by Skiffle, so she has a bit to prove now. She comes back down in grade tonight, though, and can finally break her maiden.

TIGER ROLL (Roscommon 8.00) won the Triumph Hurdle in 2014 but completely lost his way thereafter so Gordon Elliott decided to let him have his head over fences, and it paid off last month when he took a modest 2m1f beginners’ event at Ballinrobe. He has the athletic ability to get out of trouble at his fences and with just four runners, there should not be too much pressure on his jumping in the extended 2m ½ f novices’ chase. The biggest threat will likely be stablemate Chatham House Rule, who won easily at Punchestown last month.
