The Daily Mail recently published photos of Efron, 32, holding hands with Vanesa Valladares, 25, in Byron Bay, New South Wales.
Byron Bay is the town that Efron was reported to have selected as his new permanent home after spending time in Australia during the pandemic, according to TMZ.

Vanessa Valladares is a model and waitress.
The Daily Mail has reported that Valladares has left her job at the cafe where she met Efron, and is working on her modelling career.
Her Instagram includes professional shots of her modelling for the Gold Coast brand Love St Label.

According to People magazine, Valladares works at the Byron Bay General Store & Cafe, where Efron had been spotted hanging out.
Who magazine reported that the actor was introduced to Valladares through her boss.
The pair reportedly met in July.

Earlier this year, US Weekly reported that Efron was dating his Neighbours co-star Halston Sage after they were initially linked in 2014.
