New Zealand vs South Africa
2019 Cricket World Cup
Venue: Edgbaston
Date: Wednesday, June 19, 2019
Start: 10:30am BST

Two teams in contrasting form go head-to-head at Edgbaston on Wednesday when New Zealand take on South Africa.

The Proteas began the World Cup with three successive defeats, and despite picking up their first win, against Afghanistan last time out, they are in must-win mode.

New Zealand, meanwhile, are one of only two unbeaten sides at the tournament, having won their first three matches and then had their meeting with India at Trent Bridge washed out last week.

However, those triumphs have come against probably the three weakest teams in the tournament, so they still have a bit to prove.

Result prediction: New Zealand win

New Zealand look to have severaal of their key men in excellent form. South Africa do not, aand that should be enough to decide this clash.
