She has two Olympic gold medals, a Lifetime biopic, and a special edition Barbie made just for her. So how does Gabby Douglas get keep her bikini line smooth? Spoiler Alert: Just like the rest of us.

"I shave the morning of a competition, using a Gilette Venus Swirl," says Douglas. She follows it up with almond oil and shea butter moisturizer, and has her own exfoliate scrub―raw sugar, eucalyptus, and honey—to keep her limbs gleaming.

This New Jersey native is the youngest track & field Olympian on Team USA, but you won't spot her on TV until next week: she's skipping the Opening Ceremony to celebrate her 17th birthday at home.

"The morning before a competition, I use Nair," she laughs. "The smell is strong, but it really works. I often cut myself with a razor, and this way, it doesn't leave any marks." She's also a fan of CoverGirl waterproof mascara, saying, "I do wear makeup on game days. Obviously what's most important is your performance, but it's psychological, too. If you feel good about yourself, you'll be faster."

It's hard to be more badass than Katie Zaferes. As an Olympic triathlete, she swims, bikes, and runs her way to the finish line—watch her do it in Rio on August 20.

"I think shaving [can make you faster]; it at least makes you feel faster in the water," Zaferes says. "Leading up to the race, I rarely shave, so that I can have that sleek fast feeling [when I shave] on race day. My favorite razor is actually the Men's Schick Hydro 5." Instead of moisturizer, Zaferes uses Endurance Shield suncreen. "It's so light and easy to put on, it does a really great job protecting my skin."
