Celebrity couples who nailed their Halloween costumes

Couples’ costumes for Halloween are at least two times the fun. After all, what is Ken without Barbie, Batman without his Catwoman, or a bag of cookies without milk? Beyoncé and Jay-Z, exes Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, and other stars are making sure we never have to find out. Treat yourself to photos of some of the best costumes that celebrity couples have worn in recent years.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan

With the stripes and the cat details, it was pretty obvious that the Tatums were inspired by The Cat in the Hat. Now that daughter Everly is old enough to do Halloween with them, how adorable would it be for them to repeat this costume, with just one parent as the cat, and the other dressing as Thing 1 to the 4-year-old’s Thing 2? You’re welcome, Tatums! (Photo: Getty Images)

Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson

Anyone who’s ever seen the comedy classic National Lampoon’s Vacation can appreciate Simpson and her hubby dressing as Christie Brinkley and the bumbling Clark Griswold. The wardrobes, particularly Johnson’s glasses and khaki jacket, are just too perfect. (Photo: Instagram/jessicasimpson)

Beyoncé and Jay-Z

Fans of Eddie Murphy’s 1988 comedy Coming to America couldn’t help but laugh at the Carters’ ode to the movie about an African prince who bails on an arranged marriage at the last minute for life in the States. Blue Ivy got in on the action by dressing as the jilted bride. (Photo: Instagram/Beyonce)

Beyoncé and Jay-Z

Bey and Jay are so creative at finding Halloween costumes. One year they went as Barbie and Ken — the box and everything — with daughter Blue Ivy as their mascot. (Photo: Instagram/Beyonce)

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

Before Jaden Smith sported a Batman costume at their wedding, Kimye went to Gotham. Kanye was the one sporting the Dark Knight’s uniform, and Kim played his fellow DC Comics star Catwoman. (Photo: Getty Images)

David Burtka and Neil Patrick Harris

NPH and his hubby are fantastic at finding costumes that also include their 6-year-old twins, Harper and Gideon. One of the best: a Peter Pan theme. (Photo: Instagram/nph)

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon

Come on, these two were perfect together. Do you need any further proof than this photo proving that Nick talked the alleged diva into dressing up as a bunch of cookies? (Photo: Getty Images)

Josh Duhamel and Fergie

Sniff! Before their split, the duo were known for their matching costumes on Halloween. One of their funniest (yet chicest) costume choices was Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld and his cat, Choupette. (Photo: Getty Images)

Kevin Hart and Eniko Parrish

The couple was ready to hit the (1970’s) dance floor in these looks. Now you’ll never get “Disco Inferno” out of your head. (Photo: Instagram/kevinhart4real)

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo

Meanwhile, the Voice coach and his model love perfectly captured what it would have looked like if an ’80s rocker took one of the women from a Jane Fonda aerobics video out to party. (Photo: AKM-GSI)

Seal and Heidi Klum

Klum is the unofficial queen of the Halloween, so when she was married to Seal, they both wore elaborate costumes. One year they depicted a scene from the Garden of Eden. (Photo: Getty Images)

Randy Gerber and Cindy Crawford

The model and her businessman hubby took it back, but not as far back as Kevin Hart. They rocked our world as Guns N’ Roses stars Slash and Axl Rose. (Photo: Getty Images)

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel

The Branch character from the Trolls movie was an easy choice for JT last year; it was the same one he voiced in the family flick. Biel stood in for Anna Kendrick’s character and their little boy, Silas, stepped out in a miniature version of his dad’s costume. “We be Trollin,” Biel joked. (Photo: Instagram/jessicabiel)
