England heroes consoled in the stands by family and friends after devastating World Cup exit

England’s heartbroken heroes were consoled in the stands by their family and friends at the Luznikhi Stadium in Moscow.

The Three Lions fought bravely but came up just short in extra time as Croatia snatched a late winner to book their spot in Sunday’s final with France.

Kieran Tripper, who was perhaps England’s best player out in Russia and scored on the night, was comforted by wife Charlotte and their young daughter.

Jamie Vardy’s wife Rebekah, dubbed queen of the WAGS by some of the press this summer, was in attendance to support her husband.

Jordan Pickford starred yet again between the sticks for England and the goalkeeper was pictured in conversation with his fiancée Megan Davison.

Towering defender Harry Maguire has risen to cult hero status at the World Cup and he has had an army of family and pals following him around during the tournament.
