(Updates with resolution passed, adds picture) BUDAPEST, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Budapest's mayor is expected to tell the government on Wednesday that political unity over the city's bid to host the 2024 Summer Olympics has broken down, taking what is widely seen as a pivotal step to it pulling its candidacy.
