Glasgow have little to play for but pride and have made a number of chances from their last outing, though still have their leading players in action.
Biarritz are through to the last eight for the first time in three years but they know a win today will give them a home draw and a great chance of going further. A nera full-strength team therefore for the French club, with Imanol Harinordoquy and skipper Jerome Thion leading from the front.
And finally, we have Pool 5 winners Toulouse against Sale, who like the Blues are hoping to make it into the Challenge Cup.
Later on, Harlequins welcome the Blues to The Stoop with the Cardiff club looking to maintain their European season in the Challenge Cup. Quins are out of Europe but have named a full-strength side as they look to sign off with a victory.
