Pickup Truck Explosion Injures Two in North Carolina

Two people were injured when a pickup truck exploded near a barbecue restaurant in Lexington, North Carolina, on November 1, local media reported.

This video by Lucas Bivens shows tall flames engulfing the truck and burning powerlines above. Moments later, the vehicle explodes.

The vehicle’s driver told FOX 8 he had a propane tank in the bed of the truck. He said he pulled over after noticing the tank was leaking and that it burst into flames shortly after he and his passenger exited the truck. Credit: Lucas Bivens via Storyful
