I know that most transfer stories are only to be believed with a pinch of salt but this one is interesting ( especially if it turns out to be true )..
Shovel of salt more like Mike.
However, what worries me more is the Cottagers thinking of bidding for The Hudd. IMO it would be a BIG mistake to let him go. I think he has the makings of a Carrick Mk II.

I guess it is a bit worrying about THUDD but with us signing Palacios he may have become surplus to requirements at the Lane ( this of course, depends on where Palacios will be played ).
I hope it just a transfer rumour cooked up by the media and nothing else!
We're also in for Robbie Keane too.
I don't believe a word until what ever happens happens. It's entertaining though, I have to admit. I had serious withdrawal after the summer transfer window closed and everything settled.
I doubt that Santa Cruz is leaving Blackburn...Big Sam will definitely want to hang on to him, especially as they're in the relegation dogfight zone too...wouldn't make much sense boosting up your rivals while you sink. (pity we haven't learned that lesson, or we'd have Berbatov and Keane still here with Modric doing his thing.
Just for the record I don't want Keane back; I won't say he's taking the piss, but I will say that the possibility is there only because of Liverpool's financial situation and the fact that Keane is not one to fit into a rotation scheme. (And because of that, he shouldn't come back to the Lane; a certain Jermain Defoe wouldn't be happy swapping playing time with Keane...the precedence has already been set...for both of them).
Don't look now, but even Mark Viduka's been linked (and we call THudd fat!)
