The 2025 Six Nations starts in January this year, with Wales and France getting things underway in Paris.

After finishing with the wooden spoon in last year's Six Nations, Warren Gatland is hoping his Wales team can break their losing streak with a victory in Europe's premier rugby tournament.

Andy Farrell's Ireland were crowned champions last year, but thanks to England, they did not win the Grand Slam. Former Scarlets star Simon Easterby will oversee the Irish this campaign, with Farrell on head coach duties for the British and Irish Lions ahead of their tour to Australia in the summer.

Wales are set to have their lowest representation on a Lions tour in over 20 years, with the likes of Jac Morgan, Dewi Lake and Josh Adams three of just a handful of strong contenders for a place in the squad.

The Six Nations typically starts on the first weekend of February, with last year's clash between Ireland and France on Friday, February 2.

However, things are slightly different this year, with France hosting Wales at Stade de France on Friday, January 31. It's the only Friday match day of the whole tournament.
