Myles Garrett has requested a trade from the Cleveland Browns.

In a statement posted to X by ESPN's Adam Schefter, Garrett cited his desire to win a Super Bowl as the reason for his request. Now, it's up to the Browns to find the best possible return for their four-time All-Pro and the 2023 Defensive Player of the Year.

That shouldn't be too hard. All 31 other teams should have interest in a player of this caliber at a premium position like edge rusher. But the reality is not all of them are ready to compete at the level Garrett wants, and the Browns aren't likely to ship him to a division rival like the Cincinnati Bengals, who could desperately use his services.

So here's a list of six teams Garrett could realistically find himself on in 2025.

6. Green Bay Packers

Though the Packers were top 10 in sacks this season, they were just 26th in pass rush win rate. Garrett would drastically improve that number for a team with a young franchise quarterback ready to win.

5. Los Angeles Rams

How unfair would it be for the Rams to lose Aaron Donald to retirement only to land Myles Garrett a couple years later? They already have a nice young nucleus on defense. Garrett would transform that unit into one ready to compete for something more than Wild Card losses.

4. Los Angeles Chargers

Jim Harbaugh got the Chargers back into the playoffs. Now the real work begins. What better way to continue building than replacing free agent Khalil Mack with maybe the only available player who's better.

3. Washington Commanders

The Commanders might have the widest championship window in the NFL thanks to having the best young quarterback. That defense needs some help, though.

2. Detroit Lions

Sure, the Lions have Aidan Hutchinson returning, but they were always thin on pass rushers opposite him. Can you imagine Hutchinson and Garrett on the same team? Yikes.

1. Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen can only carry the Bills so far on his own. They become a lot scarier if they get an equal gamebreaker on the defensive side of the ball like Garrett.
