With 2025 finally upon us, Aberdeen will be hoping to turn a corner after a challenging end to 2024 saw Jimmy Thelin's side go eight Premiership games without a victory.

The Dons still sit third in the table, but now Dundee United - who secured a 1-0 victory against Aberdeen last time out with an injury time winner - are hot on their heels just three points adrift in fourth.

And it will need to be a big performance at Pittodrie if the Reds are to prove to the fans that they've stuck to their resolution of securing victories in the new year.

Here are all the key details you need for Aberdeen's first fixture of 2025.
