Alexander Isak transfer unites Arsenal diehards after Piers Morgan's clear Newcastle verdict
Arsenal supporters are all saying the same thing after Alexander Isak's scintillating display for Newcastle United against the Gunners.
The Swedish striker opened the scoring for Eddie Howe's side in North London, making in two goals in two outings against Mikel Arteta's side this season. He then played his part in setting up Anthony Gordon for the Magpies' second, with David Raya bundling the ball into the path of the Newcastle winger, who made no mistake from close range.
The 2-0 win at the Emirates Stadium has left the Toon in a strong position heading into the second leg at St. James' Park next month, though Isak did pick up a knock during the win. Eddie Howe revealed the Newcastle striker felt something in his hamstring before being replaced around the hour mark in what was a 'big blow' for the Magpies head coach.

Isak was linked with a move to Arsenal last summer with Newcastle scrambling to pass the Premier League's PSR rules, but would manage to keep hold of their talismanic frontman. He's shown once again this season why he's among the world's best strikers, with 15 goals in all competitions and 13 of those coming in the Premier League.
The Magpies striker is not for sale and Howe's side have reportedly slapped a £150million asking price on his head, though club legend Alan Shearer wouldn't sell Isak, even for that price. Isak's performance in the first leg has seen Arsenal supporters clamour for their club to make a move for the Newcastle striker, whatever the cost
Big Arsenal fan Piers Morgan summed up Isak's display in North London, posting on X: "Isak is destroying Arsenal."
Responding to Arsenal's own full time post, one fan said: "Get Isak or a striker that can shoot and score!! No action in January will sink this club."
@Absolon373 agreed and said: "We need Isak in January."
@skinggg_ posted: "Isak cooked his future club."
Newcastle United supporters were more than happy to see Isak rubbing salt in the wounds and will be hoping the Swede continues his rich vein of form, with 15 goals in his last 14 games. That run in front of goal has seen the Magpies close in on the top-four with a return to Champions League football the aim for this season.
If the Toon are able to secure a top-four berth, it should be a huge factor in retaining Isak's services if they were to field any interest this summer and the club are in a strong position when it comes to any future negotiations.
