Ange Postecoglou confirms Tottenham injury doubt for Sheffield United clash
Ange Postecoglou has revealed that Giovani Lo Celso is an injury doubt for Tottenham's final game of the Premier League season against Sheffield United. A regular on the bench over the course of the season, the Argentina international has found regular minutes hard to come by and has instead had to settle for minutes as a substitute here and there.
However, Lo Celso may not be an option for Tottenham this weekend when they travel to South Yorkshire after receiving a knock on his knee. Amid question marks over the player heading into next season with changes set to take place at the club this summer, Lo Celso may have already played his final competitive game for the football club if he is to be absent.
"The only one that's a bit of a doubt is Gio Lo Celso," Postecoglou said in an interview with SPURSPLAY. "He got a knock on his knee, he didn't train today but we'll see in training tomorrow.

"(There's) A few sore bodies but nothing that will make any changes to the personnel from the other night so it'll likely be a similar squad for Sunday's game."
Tottenham head into Sunday's fixture against the Blades needing one point to clinch fifth place and a spot in the Europa League for the 2024/25 campaign. London rivals Chelsea can leapfrog Postecoglou's men on the final day but Spurs would have to lose at Sheffield United and the Blues beat Bournemouth for that to be the case.
