What Ange Postecoglou has said about Marcus Rashford to Tottenham transfer as loan move mooted
Marcus Rashford's future is going to be a major talking point in the January transfer window.
The England star has fallen out of favour at Manchester United and looks set to move on, despite new boss Ruben Amorim suggesting he still had a future at the club.
In an interview with Henry Winter last month, Rashford said: "For me, personally, I think I'm ready for a new challenge and the next steps." But Amorim responded by saying Rashford's 'new challenge' could be at United.

He said: "I think it’s right. We have here a new challenge. It’s a tough one, for me it’s the biggest challenge in football because we are in a difficult situation and I already said this is one of the biggest clubs in the world.
"This is a really new challenge and the biggest one. I really hope all my players are ready for this new challenge."
Rashford has been linked with a number of clubs in the January transer window so far, with the player's representatives thought to be out in Italy discussing a potential loan move to AC Milan. However, Tottenham have since emerged as a potential destination on loan in this window.
Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou has already spoken out about Rashford, when he was asked for his thoughts on the England man's "new challenge" quotes last month.
Postecoglou gave the suggestion he could rock up at Spurs short shrift, although he backed up his quotes by suggesting he would say the same about any other player from another club.
He said: "No interest. Don’t care. Not interested, he is a Manchester United player. A very good player, they have plenty of good players. But I manage my players and other managers will manage their own players. In terms of Marcus’ situation I have no real desire to examine it any further.
"If I looked at everyone we were linked to, I would have no time to do anything else to be honest. I have got other people to do that part of the process. For us, we’ve been pretty disciplined in what we’re trying to build here and we’ll continue to be so.
"[Is that a no?] That’s a not on my radar. You can ask me about Marcus but you can ask me about every single Premier League footballer and I’ll say the same thing."
